I found these two videos by a guy named Overhazard on YouTube today that do a good job of showing how to unlock Jigglypuff and Wolf in the insanely popular Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Watch and learn.
[NOTE: Apparently you have to beat the final boss of the Subspace Emissary before these doors even appear, so keep that in mind.]
