The New Data Design Interactive Game is Out… and So is Our Pride

Data Design Interactive is a video game developer that is rather infamous for its terrible games. Their profits depend solely on the foolish consumer who buys games with absolutely no previous knowledge of them whatsoever; the kind of person that buys games just because they’re cheap, or have a good cover. I feel bad for the people who buy the worthless trash DDI throws together. Though it isn’t as if DDI works hard to make these games. Most of them run on the same exact engines, in the most extreme sense. For you see, the just-released Myth Makers: Trixie in Toyland has in fact, already been released. Twice. Ever hear of the train wrecks known as Ninjabread Man or Anubis II? This is that game. No really, it is that game, just with a graphics swap.

Mentioning that Myth Makers: Trixie in Toyland for the Wii was given a 1.4 out of 10 by IGN.com today is amusing, sure, but is it worth a post on Frayed Wire? Normally it probably wouldn’t be, but JustMattPwn3r, BurningBaboon, and myself might be purchasing a DDI game this weekend at the local Gamestop just for the sole purpose of butchering it in a review here on the site. More on that later, though.

That’s your face after one second in a DDI game.
